You can do this. Have you tried any new veggies or recipes or take out that might make your Plate It more motivating? Invest in things that help you succeed. Share where you struggle with this group and you might get some great ideas to help. I have to load up my fridge with good veggie choices or else I get bored and eat my kids snacks.

  • I hit my goal!!! I'm focused. There have been times i hit the goal early only to lose because i lost focus after hitting the goal, but not this time!
