How’s everyone doing?

I woke up with a migraine and missed my early morning dog walk. But then I forced myself to do a short walk with my goldens. I felt better so took my younger golden on a 45 min hike in the woods. I’m eating protein vs carbs I’m craving from the nausea and reading a good book.

I hate migraines, I know everyone is different on what helps but I have found potassium helps mine...and on top of it a healthy snack. I hope you feel better soon!

Ugh, migraines! I have a whole regimen I run through when one hits me. One thing that helps me is to run very hot water in my tub (careful not to make it too hot!), just enough to cover my feet and a little bit of my lower legs, add some epsom salt, lavender and peppermint essential oil, and sit with my feet in the water for 15-20 minutes. Knowing your triggers can be really helpful too! I'm glad yours didn't last too long and you got to enjoy walking and hiking with your pups!
