How’s everyone’s February going? I don’t know why, but this round seems much harder for me 😕 I’m 5.4lbs away from my goal for round 2… which doesn’t seem like much but my body keeps fluctuating up and down.

Getting more active helps me stay on track with my weight-loss goal. It seems to raise my metabolism. The connection between exercise and food is important to me. When I think about having to run a whole mile to burn off 100 extra calories, I'm less likely to overindulge in calorie-dense foods.

I also notice that when I exercise, I feel better, and that makes it a lot easier to walk by the candy on the counter. Best of luck. 1 oz at a time
