  • Couldn’t have been any closer…. I broke my toe a few days ago, literally can’t really get around, off the foot completely. So bummed. Thankfully I had lost a lot of extra weight over the last couple weeks so when I had to sit the weight gain wasn’t too bad and I made it!

    My face is so much thinner and I feel great. Now to get that foot to heal! Thankfully I am signed up for a couple more bets, so will continue to work hard to keep it off

I agree, you can do it. Take a long walk and drink lots of water. I’m getting ready to take my doggie for a walk. It’s a whopping 39 degrees here in Lake of the Ozarks Missouri and ground is soggy from all the ice and snow we’ve been getting. It is exhilarating to breathe in the fresh winter air.

Thanks ladies! I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday had lots of water and simple meals. It did the trick! I made the goal.

Pretty sure I’ve got this. As of last week unofficial weigh in I’m down 15%!!! Haven’t seen the scale below 150 since 2006! That is 18 frustrating years. The key this time around is that I made a commitment to walking and lifting light weights, cut back on that damned wine (love a good cab), and quit eating a lot of processed food! The best discovery was cottage cheese recipes. I make my own yogurt which is so yummy and no where near the carbs of store bought yogurt. If you want the recicpe let me know!
