Man… I’m struggling to get back on track. I have a real issue with sweets and was doing pretty well after the holidays. I actually did well THROUGH the Holidays. Then my father in law came and brought a million leftover treats, then my mother came and dropped off more cookies, we’ve started home renovations that will take us into spring, and it’s -13 outside…I don’t believe in excuses. I’m just annoyed I’m not where I want to be and feel my one crummy choice turning into a couple more and realize I have a few extra hurdles to overcome in the coming months (lack of time for meal prep and workouts on the weekends). I need to buckle down on the planning ahead so we aren’t ordering pizza every weekend.

If I feel like I over indulge, I usually get mad and throw the sweets away so I won’t be tempted any more. I feel ya! Maybe tell your family your goals and maybe they won’t bring more over?

What is getting in the way of meal prepping and working out (during the weekends, is how I interpreted your post)? I feel you on this - I say as I'm currently consuming chocolate leftover from our crazy travel day yesterday...
