Man… I’m struggling to get back on track. I have a real issue with sweets and was doing pretty well after the holidays. I actually did well THROUGH the Holidays. Then my father in law came and brought a million leftover treats, then my mother came and dropped off more cookies, we’ve started home renovations that will take us into spring, and it’s -13 outside…I don’t believe in excuses. I’m just annoyed I’m not where I want to be and feel my one crummy choice turning into a couple more and realize I have a few extra hurdles to overcome in the coming months (lack of time for meal prep and workouts on the weekends). I need to buckle down on the planning ahead so we aren’t ordering pizza every weekend.
