My past 2 days were good, last week was not, weight is 0.8kg up, and based off calorie counting sadly most of it should be actual fat and not just water. Deciding to share here for accountability seems to have helped, I'll keep it up.

I have to hold myself accountable, I will be sharing my weight on monday and plan on keeping it going the days after, I'm saying it here so I can't run from it, so I can't hide not making progress if I'm slacking, so I won't be slacking.
