- I hung full length mirror on door and take picture on scale making sure scale and paper with word on it is in view
Hello! I did a Diet Bet 11 years ago to keep me accountable while dropping weight after my first baby. It was a 6 month challenge and definately helped me meet my goals. This time around, I don't have as much to lose, but I swear the pounds stick around way more than they used to. Lol. Also, my motivation just isn't the same as when I was younger. Hoping this will help make my journey a little more exciting. Love a good challenge. Good luck to us all!
