Hi I’m new to this whole diet bet Had my son over 3 years ago and I want to set healthy habits and make it a life style I’m around 212-220 will weigh in on weigh in day Any tips or tricks never done this before Not sure how to summit a weigh in or if I’m able to do a timer and take a full body picture
I have to pull a mirror in my bathroom and align everything just right to even get a photo! You can do it! When you are ready to weigh in, get a piece of paper and a marker and already be dressed. Then push the button to weigh in and there is specific instructions. You will have a word to write on the paper too. You got this!!
