  • We made it to the weekend and to the end of January. This is a great time to enjoy yourself while still keeping your goals in mind. You don’t have to be perfect, just intentional. Think ahead, drink your water, and keep your body moving in ways that feel good.

    Quick reminder that weigh-ins are coming up February 1st–2nd.
    -Wear lightweight clothing (no shoes or heavy layers)
    -Stand on a hard, flat surface (no carpets or anything else touching the scale)
    -Make sure your weigh-in word and full face are clearly visible
    -Use one sheet of paper for your weigh-in word or show clear separation between the scale and your notebook/notepad/etc.

    Enjoy your weekend, take care of yourself, and keep showing up.

Andrew - the round weigh-ins are in the 1st-2nd of every month. You do need to submit during this window to qualify for round winnings.

  • The fact that there are no fewer than 3 "weigh-in" reminders on one screen is more than a little confusing. The 3rd one being on the right sidebar which says Jan 29 - Feb 4. This all seems needlessly complex.

    Just some feedback from someone with a UX (user experience) background 😄
