Starting over for the millionth time…at least that is what it feels like. I’m at the highest weight I’ve ever been and I feel awful. My family and I have been eating out WAY too much because I haven’t made the time to properly meal plan in quite some time.

But I meal planned, bought groceries, and now have a fridge full of fresh and healthy food. I invited my husband to this game, so we’ll see if he joins. I need accountability or everything just goes out the window. Thanks for having me! I’m looking forward to a successful month!

Same! I could have written this word for word myself! I’m on day two of no desserts and I’m about to get on the treadmill even though I feel like a busted can of biscuits. I’m exhausted and want more energy and the food…I gotta make ground with the food. Good luck!! You’re not alone!
