    I enjoy doing weekly challenges as part of our game because they help keep things interactive and motivating. (Participation is optional, of course.)

    The first challenge is The Water Challenge!

    Here’s how it works if you’d like to join:
    Drink at least 64 oz. of water each day from Wednesday through Friday (January 8th–10th).

    Starting on Friday, there will be a post at the top of the game feed here for you to comment under if you complete the challenge. The deadline to report your results is Saturday at 10:00 PM Pacific Time. The prize drawing for the $10 cash prize will be held shortly after that. Each week, the prize amount will increase!

    One additional suggestion (not part of the challenge): please introduce yourself and share your goals! Let us know where you are on your weight loss or fitness journey and what your short- and long-term goals are. Just for fun, tell us where you’re from! I live in Utah.

I'm Lauren, from Maryland. I had back surgery at the end of 2023 and am working on recovery - losing weight gained after the injury and rebuilding muscle.

Hi there, I’m in the UK. I need to lose around 3 stones further after having long covid (long haul to those in the US) for the last almost 2.5 years. It’s very difficult as I have to do it entirely by diet alone, no extra exercise possible. Just getting through the day is a challenge sometimes :-/

Good luck to us all, these challenges are amazing and I don’t know where I’d be without this extra motivation.
