I thought I wouldn't make it, but a low cal day with workout, black coffee and good hydration was enough to get me under the goal. Wahoo! Hoping that some of these patterns I can continue to lose a little weight each week! I found Mexican eating out was biggest weakness.

One of my favorite dieting techniques is starting the day with watered down iced orange juice (about 5 to 1). Learned from the Naturally Slim training that that's a good way to burn calories first thing in the day. Ice helps because my body burns calories warming up the juice. Then when I get hungry I eat! Just started this tool again today.
