I dont understand. My first week, I was doing good, and I lost a few pounds. I did the exact same thing, and in the second week, I weigh the exact as last week! Help!

Women’s hormones fluctuate so much, we can gain and lose 10lbs depending on which time of the month! Weigh yourself weekly if you want to see the trend but don’t actually ‘count’ it as your weight- your monthly weigh is is the most accurate.

Change something. Add water, lower calories, increase exercise. Change one thing (or two) and track what happens.

I’m going thru something similar. I was losing at a decent rate and now I haven’t lost a thing in two weeks. I still have a few pounds to lose to make my goal and I’m starting to worry.

Deborah keep with it! You could be gaining muscle! Just take it day by day, and I try to only weigh myself once a week to avoid the daily fluctuations
