I completely let myself go these last couple of months. Moving forward I’m focusing on better sleep, moving my body, and drinking lots of water. Hoping this will help with accountability.
I enjoy hot water. Lots of people say I’m weird for it but I drink a lot of hot water (not tea or coffee) and genuinely like the taste. Haha not sure if that could be your thing, but I’m always cold so having a warm beverage in my hand will keep me drinking it all day long. I also sometimes try to drink a full glass before I start eating.
