If you are having a hard time losing weight try to walk then sprint…repeat it for an hour every day. It’s easy on the joints and gives you chance to catch your breath while keeping heart rate at that fat burn rate. Good luck!!

It's nice to celebrate the first round being over, but you are right - the journey is still in the early stages and we have to see it all the way to the finish line.
With just under two weeks left to the first weigh in, I find myself anxious about hitting the goal. I've been losing and gaining that same .6 of a pound for a solid week. I'm going to keep on working and trying not to lose my motivation, but it's hard.
Your building habits and over the long term, they will not let you down. I had a week like that but I didn't let it bother me too much, knowing one week won't derail my long-term goals.
