Welcome and good luck meeting your goal!
You don't have to do anything else until the final weigh-out when the game is over.
If you want to pay extra for a membership, you can submit weekly progress weigh-ins that put you in a drawing to win extra prizes. I think you can do unofficial progress weigh-ins even if you're not a member but I'm not sure about that. It helps keep you on track to do progress weigh-ins but you don't have to.
