I can relate to this! I had my first and only baby at 40 and now turning 42 at the end if the year and want to lose 15 lbs and feel more confident in my body! What do you find works for you for weight loss? I’m focusing on macros and then hoping this helps with accountability for changing my sweet habit.

I’m the same - I’m always saying “but I eat healthy balanced meals and work out” but boy do I top up those balanced meals with all the horrendous and unnecessary snacking in between! ?

Sam Raj! My meals are so healthy and then it’s the desserts and the constant dessert! Really planning to hunker down and be better.
