Ok all. Let me know what your tips or tricks are to overcome the urge to overeat. I can easily meet my fiber and protein goals, and I’ve got the exercise routine down pat.

I actually invested in HUM fiber+ and drink it in the morning. It has been helping me. Also, eating huge portions of veggies and always starting dinner with a side salad helps! Then drinking hot herbal tea instead id dessert. Or chewing sweet sugar free gum (I love orbits bubblemint!). Hang in there! You can do it!

Oof the last 3 months, I’ve kind of spiraled and have put back on all the weight I had lost over the last year. Hoping this will provide the inspiration and re-commitment to reach my goals!

i’m seeing a lot of people on this game who are coming back to it after losing all of their gains. But again you’ve committed you’ve taken the awkward photos on a scale and had somebody help you with her body shot and you’re posting to beg and plead people to support your momentum. We are here for it. do well you have three meals today at a minimum or your fasting. Stay mindful of what today is like. At the end of the day make a quick plan of how you’re gonna improve over your first day and make the second day better. I’m just sitting here in the morning, leaving comments on people‘s post to support them and to practice my own self talk in the process. We are invested we’re involved. We are improving. Let’s go.
