- We are having abnormally beautiful weather right now. So I took full advantage and went on my first run, in a LONG time. I miss running so much. My body is going to be screaming tomorrow though! I am using my percussion gun this evening to help recover better!

Hey guys, sorry I’ve been awol. It’s been a difficult and crazy week. My daughter has been in the hospital unexpectedly, and is getting out today. My eating has been awful, so I won’t end this round in a good place. But real life happens, and my daughter is getting better, so I’m going to be happy for what’s most important!!
