Is anyone else eating more processed food? It’s just so much easier to track calories and macros if it’s on a packaging label.

I'm finding it easier to avoid processed foods completely, and fill up on vegetables with a small amount of protein on top. Then I don't have to track calories at all. Working so far :muscle:

I just squeaked under the target weight. This month should be better, less weight to lose and a longer month to do it in.
