In need of some motivation !! Been in a deficit and walking 10k steps 6 days a week and lost some lbs but the overall goal feels so far away and not achievable😩😅 I fluctuate between 5-8 lbs and can’t seem to break that threshold. Any tips help!

Definitely track all your food and see what you’re actually eating…and getting enough water. Take it one day at a time, you’ve got this!
