- Didn’t sleep well last night so I decided to sleep in and get my workout in after work. Got a 45 minute ride in on my Peloton. Hoping to be able to get up and get a run in before work tomorrow since I have an appt after work. Since I started tracking my food, I realize how much snacking in between meals that I did. Trying to be mindful in my eating and not snack out of boredom.
