  • Didn’t sleep well last night so I decided to sleep in and get my workout in after work. Got a 45 minute ride in on my Peloton. Hoping to be able to get up and get a run in before work tomorrow since I have an appt after work. Since I started tracking my food, I realize how much snacking in between meals that I did. Trying to be mindful in my eating and not snack out of boredom.

    I over indulged over the holidays, like most of us. And also like most of us the number on the scale increased. But let’s be honest, some extra pounds over the past couple of weeks isn’t the end. You don’t dwell on that number, dwelling won’t change it. Getting back at eating right, being active, consistent sleep, drink the water…all of that will change things.
