How is everyone doing? I have been doing Ok, but not great. I'm a bit frustrated at the slow movement and my weight is still oscillating - going up on the weekend and back down during the week. I need to maybe follow a more structured plan for this last week. Any ideas?

I’m the same - tracking on lose it. Then I think I’ve got this I stop tracking and I gain again.
