I made it, but barely! Decided to start a different diet last minute. I was trying low carb but wasn’t being as strict as I needed to be doing it. Just started low calorie and feeling good about the journey ahead.

Yes it’s a thing, not for me this time but I was close to another time. You’ll be okay it’s only about 7-8%. I can’t find it but I think you can lose up to 12% without consequences

How is everyone doing? I find myself doing well and seeing movement on the scale and then thinking I can relax (on my food choices mostly) and then I slide back again.

That happens to me sometimes. Maybe dont weigh in as much to just keep the momentum going? Keep up the great work and make sure you’re giving yourself enough treats outside of dieting so you don’t feel deprived :) you got this :dizzy::muscle:

This is me. I tend to join the bets “last minute” so I don’t have the chance to relax on my eating. I also have a very unhealthy relationship with my scale. I weigh myself about 6 times a day… trying to be better about it

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 10:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.
