Female NSF today!

I have newer bras that have 4 sets of clasps in the back. I had been wearing it on the last one (to make the band the largest). I just went down 2 clasps today so it’s 2nd to smallest!!! And I had to tighten the straps to the max.

Such a great feeling

Now THAT is what I call progress! I have a pair of jeans laying in my closet that I would love to wear again, can’t wait to see the progress myself!

Help, I’m struggling! :(

I do intermittent fasting. I eat low kcal and low carb and cut down my portion size. I don’t snack(only 2 times since the bet started). Only zero soda’s or water. Cut down my caffeine. I do a high energy cardio workout at least 1 hour a day 5/6 days a week and walk in a fast pace a minimum of 30 minutes daily.

In the first week I lost almost 2% of my bodyweight already. But now my weight is back to where I started?! I weigh myself same time same conditions. Is this a common thing? I feel so demotivated… Still continuing w what I am doing tho(it should work in the long term right)…

Is there anyone who can explain this?

All of you are too kind. Thank you!

It is common to see the scale bounce right back up after a rapid initial drop, and you have not actually regained the fat you lost. What you are experiencing is a classic combination of exercise-induced water retention and a natural shift in fluid balance. When you push your body the scale becomes a very unreliable narrator. Stay strong don’t let the scale derail you - it might take a couple days but you’ll see loss again

  • Good morning and welcome to Workout Wednesday!

I’ve already got my workout in for today, thank you to the child I take to weight lifting in the morning and need to find something to do for an hour 😉😆

What’s on your workout playlist right now? I am fully a Xennial and my playlist is a mix of Spice Girls, Whitney Houston, and My Chemical Romance with some Panic at the Disco mixed in. I am who I am but it keeps me moving so that’s the win.

Love your music taste! I listen to the same music, but for work outs high bom electronic music works best for me. Would never play it besides working out but it keeps me moving haha!

I workout without headphones  just enjoying not having anything on my mind besides the numbers of reps
