Random question, and I've seen people do it both ways, so maybe it doesn't matter...
In Bulgarian split squats, the foot thats on the bench, is the top of the foot supposed to be laying flat on the bench, or are just the toes on the bench so your foot it standing more perpendicular to the bench?
