  • Forgot to post yesterday. Quickest verification I've ever had in a game which was great (I've always assumed the delay is due to the time difference with the UK). Not complaining though ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    Went back to an oldie but a goodie now these 4 weeks are done.....Core de Force. Dynamic strength today.... those sphinx blasters though! I think I'll take ๐Ÿป๐Ÿป๐Ÿป instead ๐Ÿ˜†

    I always forget to take gym selfies, but yesterday I wore pink in solidarity with a friend who buried her mum yesterday (the request for the funeral was to wear a splash of pink).

Even though I made the weight goal, it appears that I either finalized too late, or made a typo in the weight when entering it. I kinda tried too hard to make the goal by a larger margin. I did get a vaccination during the weigh out period, after which I was under the weather for some time - I wonder if that would count as a medical (??). This was my first Diet Bet game that has completed. Congratulations to all the winners though, and it was great to see not only all the tips and guidance from Joel and Megan which can certainly be used again moving forward, but also the posts and excitement from everyone else!

It was a close one but I made it by the skin on my teeth....First time under 200 in 15 years. Diet better helps me focus and be more mindful of what I eat and how much I eat.

  • I've decided to lean into my stereotype and started listening to true crime podcasts on my walks ๐Ÿ˜† Here's a few I found which look good based on reviews, but I've only tried Red Handed so far. Any suggestions for good true crime podcasts, or comments on these would be very welcome.

  • Another reason to lift weights....less trips with the groceries ๐Ÿ˜† Popped out for water and hubby asked me to grab milk too. I put each milk bottle in a separate bag for ease, and carried one milk bottle and one pack of water in each hand to the car....11kg in each hand for maybe 100 yards or so ๐Ÿ’ช

  • Funny how I just completed the Super Block without "doing" the super block! Last month I finished Joel's hybrid calendar with Megan's #MBF Super Block, and with this month's hybrid calendar for the Spring Clean, I finished it! Love it! Will have to do it from start to finish on its own soon.

Where did you get the LM/MBF calendar? I remember Joel saying he'd not do one of his weighted programmes with MBF/A since they are both weight training so didn't know there was one. I can only see the 10R/MBF hybrid on his calendar page (linked from his IG).

Oh you know what Sarah, you're right! I just went back to the calendar and it's Sure Thing, not MBF. But Joel's hybrid calendars are in his website (the link in his Instagram or Facebook)
