Trying a weekly intermittent fasting schedule to control calories this last week. Still have over a pound to go. If I don’t make it I will not be disappointed as these habits I will carry on with even after this bet is done!

I used to be an evening snacker, but I started doing 12/12 fasts to keep me “dinner and done”. I now do 13-14 hours fasting and I feel great! It’s just enough to let my system digest and rest before breaking in the AM.
