I’ve seen a lot about upping my protein for better weight loss. Can anyone recommend me a protein powder (and maybe a coffee/caramel/hazelnut type protein shake recipe) that would be good for losing weight?

I’ve started slowing down on my weight loss, and I just started my menstrual cycle so I’m super bloated! I think I’m still good for the weigh in, but I don’t want any surprises for my next weigh in!

I use Muscle Milk protein powder. I make a caramel espresso and put the powder in with the coffee.

Fairlife chocolate protein drinks are my favourite!! They taste just like chocolate milk. You can buy them in packs from Costco (in individual bottles). A little pricey but fantastic for on the go!

It happens. Don't get discouraged by it. The same thing happened to me. And then, to top it off, I had a lunch meeting with a pizza buffet. That equals a fruit smoothie for dinner.

Thanks y'all, I'm hoping just water weight, I did 2 hard workouts the day before so my muscles were probably hurting :sweat_smile: I only weigh in every Wednesday so just need to trust the process and not give up!! :muscle:
