I have not felt this motivated in a long time! I hope to keep this up! I have some pretty hefty goals in the next year I really want to smash! But I know I’m killing it when I was even willing to run on a treadmill 5 days in a week (I hurt my calf so the treadmill is a little softer than outside)! I once ran 270 - 20sec laps (approx. 7 miles) in a hotel to stay off the dreadmill lol we can do this!!
