Hi everyone, I’m actually getting a bit worried about my weigh-in next week. I had already reached my target weight, but due to the scorching temperatures here (it’s constantly around 35 degrees right now), I seem to be retaining so much water... and I have no idea how to get rid of it by next week. Does anyone have any tips?
I’m already trying to cut out carbs and salt and drink plenty of fluids, but so far, nothing is happening.....

I already do this! Research about coffee on an empty stomach/without nutrients to balance. I drink closer to 6-8 but I'll up it like I used to!

What is everyone doing to stay focused the last stretch?! Right now I am focusing on more more movement through walking and running when I can, weights, intermittent fasting and working on my overall health.

I’m just trying to stay the course. I’ve cut down on caffeine a little bit to help with my sleep. If I sleep well I tend not to overeat.

Lots of fasting, introducing thermogenics with kimchi, the only carbs I'm getting are from fruits and vegetables, and I feel so much lighter and better. Gone are the breads or grains , oatmeal, etc.. and I've tracked back my dairy to just the small splash of milk in my coffee. The elimination of the grains and the dairy have almost totally eliminated my brain fog. :blush:
