- As we are midway through the game, I want you to remember progress is rarely linear. It’s something I have to remind myself of when I see the fluctuations on the scale.
Keep making the right food choices- if you can do everything in moderation, excellent and I’m a little jealous. My focus is always protein and fiber while still making it taste good. Keep up your hydration- your body can’t lose weight if it’s not hydrated. And last but not least- move your body! It doesn’t have to be fancy but it does need to be movement.
