I made it! I hope everyone else does as well. I realized this round how much I truly hate having to exercise, specifically cardio to get a higher heart rate.

I took a vacation a couple weeks ago and did a real doozie on my progress. So this past week I was back on point. And now, a week later, I'm back where I was pre-vacay. But I still have to play catch up if I want to meet my goal for September 18/19.

I'm just going to throw this out there for any women who are as frustrated as I am at the moment.

Each week of weigh-in I've gotten my cycle. I'm actively trying to lose weight and my body is going against me by producing more.

To make matters worse. I'm in Peri so my cycles are unpredictable.

Last week I was completely going to win this round as well. This morning I weighed in barely too much. Now I have to struggle and work harder today and tomorrow to get back to just squeak by.

I am so incredibly frustrated.

What's your primary focus this week? 🎯

I'll go first. My focus is calorie deficit. Starting today I'm focusing on 15% calorie deficit, 6 days/week, thru the month of August (except for the week I'm on vacay! Then, all bets are off. ?)
