Ugh. I’m moving in the wrong direction! Any suggestions on how to get motivated again? Anyone have any quick meal recommendations that are gluten free and yummy?!

I’ve been doing a quick stir fry with veggies and then either the AmyLu chicken sausage or the AmyLu teriyaki meatballs (you can find both at Costco). Both of the AmyLu products are Whole30 friendly. I love to pair this with a baked sweet potato.

So, I just finished another DietBet game today, and I won! Guys, I literally made the goal to the exact decimal point. ? I had already signed up for this one because I'm on a roll and doing well the past few weeks but struggle with being a procrastinator. My goal this time is to be a steady turtle and really crush it, instead of being a sprinty bunny who barely wins by a whisker.😂
