  • I’m at a point where I am frustrated with the yo-yo. I just got back from a cruise and then being with my sister post kneed replacement and I have gained 25 pounds in 2.5 months of not paying attention. I am so upset with myself and my inability to stick with it. Grr. Maybe this time will me the last time I have a diet bet?
