@meghan c I use low calorie Lewis bread the 6 net carb for 2 slices is 70 calories. I use 3 table spoons of egg whites each slice and add pumpkin spice sugar free syrup and pumpkin spice seasoning to the egg white mixture then dip your bread . One slice of bread will soak up the one egg white
