I am a crazy busy human who relies heavily on convenience. Or at least I will until I start smashing some goals. Does anyone have any snack ideas that come in clutch when you’re running around all day?

I second beef/turkey jerky! Snacky foods I try to find protein to keep me satiated. Protein bars (but I try to limit these) protein shakes (premade) string cheese
