How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Having a terrible Friday at work and just found out I am spending the weekend taking care of an elderly parent so weekend is gone! Right now I feel like giving up and just being fat! I want to eat and drink to make myself feel better or forget!! Ugghh! Life is hard sometimes!!

I hope your weekend is going well. I'm a planner, so when things get off plan at all I really struggle. Just keep moving forward, life is definitely hard. I will say, I had some of the weekends taking care of a parent, and I'd get flustered because I felt like that only fell to me, and I had no help. After my dad passed, I am glad I had those times, even if it was frustrating.
