I had a rough week with a migraine, I have chronic vestibular migraines, and it has held on all week. When I get a bad migraine, I get super dizzy and nauseous, and all I usually want is sugar or really bland food. I didn't do too bad with my eating, but no exercise this past week. I'm feeling a bit better today, so I'm going to try to get some movement in. It's so frustrating to get these migraines, I've literally tried most meds out there and combos of meds, PT, diets and I just can't get them under control. Here's hoping I can go a little while without another bad one, it's usually every couple of weeks.
