Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I set a goal for this week to not bring anything into the house that would be hard to resist. It can be a one meal thing, but it can’t be something I would go back to again and want to finish the package. I’m still on track with that goal, and that makes me ridiculously happy.
