I make a new gallon of water every day put a little apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice and cucumbers and Yum Yum Yum. I usually have to make a 2nd gallon each day. Sometimes I use strawberries.

I feel really good with 128-160oz. I like it best with ice in the summer, but don’t usually add anything else. Mostly out of laziness. lol
