How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Stupid company trip and big fancy dinners, made it down to 18.7 to 223 in four days, so frustrated with myself… back to the grind… it feels like it takes two weeks of perfect days to outweigh 2 days of bad eating… I’m a little terrified that when I get to end of my goal weight letting up a little will take me back to where I started

It’s like there is a part of me that would always overeat the worst foods if given a chance. I look at the success rates of long term weight loss and it’s not great and I just hope that after all this I can be the exception. I’m back on track now and will keep pushing. Little victories big set backs and finding the will to press on and on…

Yes, I’m right there with you. I feel so good right now with the weight going down, but even watching my husband eat whatever he wants makes it hard to always deny myself. I try to look at it as far as trying to live a healthy life so I can be around to watch my grandkids get married and have babies. I’ll try to make that my priority over food and I try to look at it as when I do eat something crappy., What do I feel like afterwards? I feel mad at myself like was it really worth that little one or two minutes of pleasure to gain 5 pounds.
