How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Day 3 is over on this side of the world. Today was a bit of a struggle but I made it through. I tried to exercise in the morning but I felt too heavy...I think this week I will concentrate only on eating healthy and week 2 I will start going to the beach for walks at least 4 times a week...

That sounds lovely, walks on the beach! Off to a great start!

I am enjoying your posts! So thoughtful! I find I have to start new habits gradually. Too much all at once has usually led to burnout at some point. But if I start for a week or so with a new eating plan and get used to it, adding in the exercise at that point doesn't feel like two new things at the same time.
