How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Focused yesterday and managed to have a great day with a glass of wine and sugar free jello to elevate Labor Day. Managed to drop 2.8 pounds of weekend camping bloat weight and now I am almost back to the goal! I know I can do it! I got my workout in and am three water bottles into the day. Today’s plan is protein smoothie for breakfast, salad and protein shake for lunch, veggies and hummus and nuts for snack, chicken and salad for dinner! Every day I get closer. I wish I hadn’t derailed myself so completely last week, but I am back on the wagon and I know I’ll see that weight goal come weigh-in day!

I did a 36 hour fast last week to that helped me reset my will and my metabolism. I’m a little behind today but i’ll weigh in tomorrow to see where i stand. i’m fasting now and will assess at lunch what I need to do the next 5 days. Bike each day, eat only dinner, track my progress.

Mommabonin, don’t be defeated! I know exactly what you mean, but you can totally lose 3.5 pounds by the end of the challenge, and remember that after it ends, you have 48 hours extra to submit your final weight. Yes, one meal can do it, buuuutttt my nutritionist always says you can drop it as soon as you gain it. Her recommendation to me was no high-carb foods at dinner—low carb veggies and lean proteins and some “accessories” like a healthy fat and spices. We usually do things like a big side salad, sautéed green beans, and chicken or fish right before weigh ins. I think you can do it! Dig on your determination and you’ve got this!
