Hi Team! Starting this DietBet 30 pounds down from my crazy pandemic weight gain (15 of it since I started using DietBet again).

I work in an industry that relies heavily on networking dinners / events, so my biggest struggle is staying within the confines of a calorie goal, when constantly having to eat outside of the home. But I’m making it work and determined to keep this forward progress going.

I understand, eating out often makes losing weight harder ! Have more water , vegetables first . Dit. Be shy to ask to hold the butter , grilled vegetables , put the dressing on the side and so on .
