  • Happy Workout Wednesday.
    Is anyone else’s algorithm full of HYROX stuff? Still not entirely sure what it’s all about. Anyways, friendly reminder that workouts don't have to be intense to be effective.

    If you're feeling tired, busy, sore, or just not in the mood for a hard workout, that's OKAY!
    Here are a few simple, low-intensity ideas for today:
    Take a 20-30 minute walk
    Do a few laps around the grocery store or mall
    Stretch for 10-15 minutes while watching TV
    Take the stairs when you can
    Do some gardening or yard work
    Park farther away and add a few extra steps to your day
    Take a short walk after meals

I got my steps in and did a 10 min Joel Freeman upper body workout from BODi.
I have been eating so much - I have had so many events- baby showers, games night- all with tons of food. I ate lots of chips, chocolate, desserts etc this week. I forgot I was doing this diet bet. Restart day tomorrow! Commuting to healthy eating the rest of the month of June. My biggest motivation is how awful I feel when I eat poorly.. I need to get my mindset on how good I’ll feel when I eat well and lose this extra weight. Need to get a good vision in my mind of where I wanna be.
