How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • This week was a write off. Had family down and didn’t exercise, didn’t stay on track with my water, didn’t sleep properly, didn’t eat well, and didn’t weigh in. What I did was gain 2 kgs - and that’s not water weight. So this week I’ll be buckling down.

Coach Jenn

Lindsay, I’m glad you checked in. ? That frustration is real, but please give yourself credit for coming back instead of giving up. What’s been the hardest part of getting back into your routine?

Lindsay K.

The hardest part has been maintaining discipline in the evening. I'm tired, and more susceptible to temptation. I should just go to bed, but late at night is the only time I get to myself all day, so I also like to take that time for myself to relax, even when I know it sabotages my sleep.
