    This Week’s Challenge: The Water Challenge
    Drink 64 oz. of water on any 2 days between now and Saturday night.

  • My favorite salad kit for lunch today - the Sunflower salad kit from Aldi! I skip the cheese since I can't really taste it anyway, but keep the sunflower seeds for healthy fat, edamame for protein, and toasted quinoa for protein and fiber filled carbs. I use half the dressing over the full salad and add a couple of hard boiled eggs for protein for a super filling and satisfying lunch.
