I've been doing a lot of late night snacking this week and it is not helping me reach my goals. That ends tonight! Who else is looking for a weight loss weekend? I'm going to cut the late night snacking, keep up with my water and workouts, and focus on sleep this weekend.

I'm so excited to be a part of this with you all. I dont want this to sound like a rant post. Just the struggles I've been having over the last 5 months or so 😞

A little about me. I've been struggling for some time now and have been having a hard time getting motivated again.

I've been off work on sick leave with severe osteoarthritis in the base of both thumbs since June and in that time I've moved from an apartment to a house, packed the entire
apartment myself, and up until a few weeks ago was still unpacking, we merged 2 households and it's been (I honestly have no words to describe how it's been...not ones that are diet bet friendly lol)

I had surgery on my hand on October 24th. So healing and struggling with that. I've been eating like a total idiot, even worse it seems than previous to the surgery.

Sorry for the rant, its just been so hard.

Lindsay, yesterday was my Birthday. My Mom took me to lunch. We shared a Subway turkey breast sub loaded with lots of veggies and mayo, which I believe is low-fat at Subway. Then she treated me to bingo. It was a good day.

Megan, oh no the back would be horrible. I'm so sorry you struggle with that.

Here we go! Initial weigh in approved! What are you going to do to make today a weight loss day? I'm going to hit my water goal of 150 oz and make sure to get to sleep before midnight tonight. Getting enough sleep is one of my biggest challenges.

Getting enough sleep us absolutely my biggest issue, too! I was never a great sleeper, but since menopause it's terrible! Let's keep working on earlier bedtimes.
