Are you a morning or evening workout person? Personally I have to get my day started with some purposeful movement before the day dissolves into work and family needs.
Also, is there a specific workout you are using? I’m training for a 10k so I use my Garmin, along with Ryse and WayBetter to keep me on track. For my home workouts, I love FitOn!
