  • So, I fell down a rabbit hole of binge eating and all, been under stress and not great. So, I need ti get back on track and get a hold of this to make weight for myself. Thinking also ab9ut cutting my hair all off and letting my natural hair color grow out...and let my hair get healthy again as itsbeen bleached many times. And been snapping off.

What kind of stuff are you binge eating? Could you try to stay away from sugars (healthy or otherwise)? For me that is what really impacts cravings. I use microwave popcorn as my snack most nights.

Popcorn is usually off limits...we have to keep it in the house for my daughter, she's autistic and it's all that she usually wants to eat. And my teeth are too bad to eat it without agony. I get these mini rice cakes that are similar and don't get stuck in your teeth. And she won't eat them.

There is no way I'm going to make it this round. I was well within limits 2 weeks ago but then lengthy air travel caused me to retain quite a bit of fluid that I cannot shake. Next month!

  • Still working on the apartment, but moving in the sub zero temperatures got me a cold. So, I have been a bit more limited on my workouts.

I don't think I have any hope of making it this round. I've been really consistent all week working out and eating and the scale only moves up. It's so frustrating to not understand the water weight changes.
