How do you avoid slipping back to old habits once you've hit your goal for the round/game? I made great progress early on but have been stagnant since and I know it's because I grab a slice of pizza or dessert here and there because it doesn't put me back over the goal. But I want my brain to continue to make progress even without that goal there.

How's everyone doing? Work has been so stressful lately I've been eating worse than normal. Need to get back on track.

Ugh! I don’t think I’m going to make this round!!! I just can’t seem to get focused on my calorie intake. The scale isn’t budging in the right direction and I know why. But today is a new day and I’m going to make it the best. For everyone who is struggling, make today your best day ever. We can do this.

Well, I have a chance. It’s going to be challenging, but as of today, if I lose 6.3 lbs. in 8 days I can make goal for the second round. I have my meal plan locked down so I’m going to push myself to get off my ass and start my exercise program. The exercise part is my nemesis.

I decided to join another transformer and a kickstarter to keep me motivated. I also have a bunch of games I signed up for in each category on WayBetter! Ah ha! These games have finally helped turn on the weight loss switch in my brain. Also I decided to engage In The games, so I hope I don’t bore you all to tears. But since I do IF and can’t eat until 1:00 pm, I’ve got to keep my hands busy What do you do to keep your mind off of food?

No weight gain over Christmas. No gain, but no loss. Adios sweet treats.
